Naoki Shibata (ex. nei, the boat room) によるソロプロジェクトbirds humming the beat の2nd ep. アコースティックギターとローズピアノによるフォーキーで優しいメロディとフィールドレコーディングとエレクトロニクスが醸し出すノスタルジーが絡み合うポストロック、インディーロック。 前作のエレクトロニカ寄りの抽象的なサウンドに対して流麗なアルペジオや起伏あるポストロック的な展開が色濃く出た作品。 epic45, message to bear, small sails, the album leafなどポストロックとエレクトロニカが交差するセンチメンタルなサウンドやtristeza, state river widening 等のクリーントーンアルペジオ主体の清涼系ポストロックが好きな人たちに聴いてもらいたいサウンド。
