“Kaoruko & Stones Taro” released the new music Album “Y”

Kaoruko, an active participant in Tokyo's club scene, and Stones Taro (NC4K), a renowned producer/DJ from Kyoto, are collaborating on the release of their EP 'Y', following the success of their previous joint single, slated for release on February 28th. Kaoruko, known for her unique blend of J-POP sensibility and cutting-edge club scene influences, has collaborated closely with Stones Taro to craft a mesmerizing musical journey. It's no exaggeration to say that Stones Taro's music and performances have played a crucial role in shaping Kaoruko's distinctive style. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant dance floor atmospheres found across Japan, this EP 'Y' has been brought to completion. The EP's mixing and mastering were meticulously handled by Tadashi Matsuda, celebrated for his work with artists such as RIP SLYME, m-flo, TOWA TEI, and chelmico. Continuing the artistic direction set by their previous single releases, the cover graphic for 'Y' was expertly designed by CYK's Kotsu. Additionally, mark your calendars for the EP release party happening on March 2nd at Mitsuki in Tokyo, featuring performances by P-YAN (A.S.F.RECS) and discopants, and on April 26th at West Harem in Kyoto, with special guest appearances by Kotsu, Chanaz, and ntank.
