The 9th UNI-Q session project featuring guest is Rashel, a 24-year-old female R&B singer-songwriter with DNA from Nigeria and Japan. From the time she was born, She grew up surrounded by R&B, HIP HOP, and classical music. She has been full of talent for musical instruments such as piano and harp since she was a child, and when she was a junior high school student, she woke up to gospel and spent her childhood when music was always close to her. She is currently active mainly in Tokyo, making use of her performance and recording experience in Atlanta and Los angels in the United States. Starting with the full-scale start in 2019, she has released a series of works such as "Lying To Me" and "Milky Way" that are reminiscent of authentic US slow jam R&B. Furthermore, its ability is gradually becoming known in the industry, "I SWEAR (DJ CHIN-NEN feat. Rashel)", "Oasis (Ymagik feat. Rashel)", "Forbidden Love (Nov.47 & Rashel)" Many offers are also gathered for featuring works. Even if she tries to express R&B in Japanese, she has proved that she can send music that is not inferior to the world's R&B culture, and the Japanese-R&B industry is beginning to draw great expectations and attention.
