“akisai” released the new music Album “Landscapes”

“akisai” just dropped the new and hot Album “Landscapes”. It will contain the songs 'air', 'winds', 'speachrow (rework)', 'breeze', 'past', 'whiteout', 'nostalgia (revised)', 'ray', 'restration' and 'place' total of 11songs. Enjoy the Instrumental sound from the far east Asia.

The fourth album by "akisai", a Sound/Visual project by Yo Suzuki and Koichi Nakaie, will be released. Suzuki, a sound composer of akisai, he has been actively composing music for other projects without limiting music genres; piano arrangement and performance for soundtrack piano collection of the game "NieR:Automata" released from Square Enix, also the ambient music composition for the theatre piece. In this album, all his background has reflected in this new album, so it's not just only an iconic freshening electronica or folktronica sound, but it also includes some music combining these elements with the band music which gives new impression to listeners. Although this album consists wide variety of musical elements, it includes the essence of resort music style shown in their previous album "Travelers". Also their wonderful arranging and mixing skills leads to put both ambient and band sound together in a well-balanced manner in this latest release. Following previous album, this new album's artwork was also produced by Nakaie, who constructs the worldview of akisai with visuals.

Based in Tokyo. Visual/Sound project by Koichi Nakaie and Yo Suzuki. Along with the own individual works, the project has started as creating the experimental and unfettered production and present their works irregularly. Since the beginning of the project, they have been producing the works that goes beyond the framework by combining the colorful visual images providing with both sensitiveness and boldness by putting pictures and graphics into layers, and the mixed sound elements of electronica, ambient,instruments. Recently, they build a new form of expression by adopting the performance elements with the emphasis on improvisation, and produce the installation works using the own universe of mixed elements of visual and sounds. In 2014, the first album "colors" has been released from SCHOLE. In future, a new approach of sharing a feeling among the artists from various fields and spaces will be explored, and will continue to pursue an experimental way of expression and produce works.
