“GEEK! GEEK! GEEK! & HighT” just dropped the new and hot song “Birthday”. It will contain the song 'Birthday' . Enjoy the Electronic sound from the far east Asia.

GEEK! GEEK! GEEK!, a two-man band that tries harmonizing avant-garde music with pop music experimentally, and HighT, a singer-songwriter with fascinating "smoky voice", met at last. This song was written by them for the theatrical event called "BIRTHDAY" to be held in Tokushima Japan. The song is composed of the sound which is reminiscent of "70-80's Dance-pop" such as reverberated dance beat, bombastic strings and funky guitar. Whereas, clearness of these sounds is modernistic. The lyrics are openly joyful and simple like those of "the times in which music and dance used to bring animation and happiness to people". The words are carefully chosen and designed so that voiceless consonants and plosives make staccato rhythm in spite of Japanese. The high pitched vocals and complex chorus lead the song. Paying a big tribute to pop artists such as Earth, Wind And Fire, ABBA, Cyndi Lauper and Michael Jackson, we tried making "70-80's Dance-pop in 2021" with present technology.
