"Have You Forgot the Smell of Earth?", which was included in their first EP "Kotatsu" released in 2019, has been re-recorded with a new arrangement. Percussion and piano have been added to the simple sound of a three-piece band, resulting in a warm sound.
Before moving to Tokyo, the band faced themselves once again and decided to re-record the song.
The recording took place in a studio at Nagoya University of Arts, their alma mater and the place where the band was formed.

The Shiawase

The Shiawase was formed in Nagoya in September 2017 by vocalist and guitarist Nakai "B.B." Riku and bassist Kimura Shunta. In 2024, percussionist and MC Chiufukutei WASABI joined the band to form the current lineup. They have a unique sense of melody, life-sized lyrics, and a free sound that is not bound by genre, despite their roots in soul and rock and roll.
In addition to the members, a variety of support members join in the live performance. They perform in perfect sync with each other, and with new arrangements and improvisation sessions each time, they put on a free stage full of euphoria.
In the spring of 2025, they will move their base to Tokyo and hold a solo live show "LIVE AT THE LA.MAMA" at Shibuya La.mama.
