Deep Sea Choir

A female vocal group with a classical chorus. We sing songs related to the sea, both originals and covers. We have decided not to use electronic instruments in order to one day hold concerts that do not use electricity at all. We express "Mother Sea" with female voice, and through our musical activities, we aim to make people aware of various problems surrounding the sea in recent years (marine litter, drifting garbage, microplastics, changes in the marine environment due to climate change, etc.). We are a partner in promoting the "Umi to Nihon Project [Sea and Japan]" by the Nippon Foundation, the Headquarters for Ocean Policy, and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
