A re-release of a 1998 recording - "Alien." The song was used as the theme for a play "The Alien's Diary." The song traces the relationship of a mother and daughter. Although in life, there was much friction between the two, the mother writes a picture book for her daughter, before her death. Reading the pages of the book, the daughter realizes the unexpressed love that her mother held for her and the fact that not even death can separate true love. A simple, yet beautiful ballad in Japanese and English

Lynne Hobday A UK singer-songwriter living in Japan Known for writing English lyrics for many Japanese artists including L'Arc-en-Ciel, Hyde, True, Fhana, AI, Abingdon Boys School, Soft Ballet, The Gospellers, Fantastic Plastic Machine, minus and TM Revolution, etc. Her best known set of lyrics is for the iconic Play Station Game "ICO."
