Forteresse Cachee

A three-member band from Oarai, a seaside town in Ibaraki prefecture, Japan. The members are childhood friends of Yuta, Ryo, and Ryota. Ryo is a filmmaker, and Ryota is looking for a chance to become a comedian while raising children. Yuta is a former member of an indie band called New House, who handles everything from songwriting to recording, mixing and mastering. He also served as an undercard for many artists visiting Japan during the New House, and accompanied Black Lips on the 2010 US tour with which he had exchanges during the performance in Japan. He has lived at SXSW and the well-established live houses Brooklyn Bowl and Spider House. Forteresse Cachee is a record of the battle of three men who have broken their dreams.
