“Masae Takano” just dropped the new and hot Album “dialogue”. It will contain the songs 'YOKOGAO (Cover)', 'NATSUGA OWARU (Cover)', 'TSURUBE ITO (Cover)', 'El Noi de la Mare', 'KOOHII TO YORU' and 'Time After Time (Cover)' total of 6songs. Enjoy the Jazz sound from the far east Asia.
Masae Takano, who performs mainly in Sapporo but also in and outside of Hokkaido, has released the first digital version of her new recordings at Machida Music Lab in 2020 and 2021.

Masae Takano
Born in Sapporo, Hokkaido. Graduated from Osaka University, Faculty of Science, Department of Chemistry. Influenced greatly by mother's music preferences and grew up listening to various genres of western music, especially Motown and other black music. Inspired by artists such as Stevie Wonder, Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Earth, Wind & Fire, Marvin Gaye, Marlena Shaw, and Donny Hathaway. Moved to Osaka in 1999 to start college and began singing career. Performed live at multiple music scenes and events within the Keihanshin (Kyoto-Osaka-Kobe) area. Returned to hometown of Sapporo in 2004 and began career as vocalist. Repertoire not limited to jazz, and consists of wide range of music familiar from childhood, such as Soul, R&B, and pops. First mini album "BRIDGES" released in June, 2013. "Sky and Sea" released in October, 2018. Co-performers include Yasushi YONEKI (Bass), Junichiro OKUCHI (Piano), Manabu OHISHI (Piano), Tomoko TANAKA (Piano), Takashi SEO (Bass), PORTA CHIUSA (Swiss Clarinet Trio). Current venues mainly at jazz bars within Sapporo City and occasional visits to Western Japan.
