It is called hacktivism, and it is a group that advocates dissatisfaction and demands against the government by hacking into the Internet and stealing information from the government. The theme of the song is about these small "criminals" who stand up against the big government. The main riff and other parts of the song were drafted by hibiki8string, while the main arrangement was done by Xhun. The song starts off with a catchy riff by hibiki8string, which gradually builds up into a drum pattern.
