NoRIP-E, The Philosopher a.k.a. MNG Scott is alternative multi artist, owner of Dec-Affe-Inated RECORDS based in Nagoya JP. During the quarantine in 2020, The university student started making music using his iPhone. In that year, he released Taboo Through The Throne 1.5 and Lemming. On New Year's Day, 2021, he released life is so hard featuring his alter egos called MNG Scott. The label announces that the depressive boy and his 2nd persona release their 3rd mixtape called "Kanye Far East" on 10th September.
