“Dissecting Table” released the new music Album “Aggrieved”

“Dissecting Table” just dropped the new and hot Album “Aggrieved”. This work, "Aggrieved," was recorded using a developed synthesizer system and digital filter. A Universal Serial Bus (USB) device and computer were connected via a USB interface. PWM signals and control signals were output from a USB device using the sequencer on a computer, and a PWM signal, an analog filter, and the first mixer were controlled in this way. The output signal of an analog filter was input into the first mixer. This mixer had a multichannel output, and these output signals were input into the second mixer. The second mixer was connected to a digital filter and mixed the output signal of the first mixer, converting it into two channel signals. Thereby, using analog-signal processing and digital signal processing, the PWM signal output from a USB device was modulated, resulting in a unique sound effect. In particular, when the reverberations of the output signals of each filter varied greatly, a sound effect with a sense of perspective was created. The digital filter used a phaser, flanger, reverb, pitch shift, delay, and so on in response to a track. Because a digital filter was used in addition to the analog filter, the sound effect obtained with the analog filter became much richer. The special sound of this work, which was created using analog-signal processing and digital signal processing, is an effective method for developing novel music.

Dissecting Table

Profile:
Ichiro Tsuji was born in 1966. In Tokyo 1986 he began producing noise industrial music under the name of Dissecting Table(DT). He returned to his hometown of Hiroshima in 1998 and continues making music. DT has released CD's and records through his own label UPD Organization as well as independent labels in Europe and the US.
Earlier in his career DT made his music by controlling synthesizer and sampler by sequencer but since 2012 he has been developing his unique sound by controlling the PWM signal outputted from PIC (microcontroller) via computer.
In 2014 DT teamed up with Sektor304 (Portugal) to release a split LP "Utopia/Decay" through Malignant Records (USA). He also teamed up with Maurizio Bianchi(Italy) to release another split LP "Ankoku Busshitsu" through Steinklang Industries.
