SAI

Born and raised in Tokyo. SAI and other members formed a hardcore trio Ms.Machine in 2015 and so far the band performed with both Japanese and Western artists including Australian post punk bands like TOTAL CONTROL and UBIK. The feminist band also actively appears on various kinds of online media platforms such as America's 8ball or Singapore's CNA to shares their thoughts on feminism and other modern issues in Japan through their intense angry performance. The band released a much-anticipated debut album Ms.Machine in 2021.

In the same year,They perform at Fuji Rock Festival.
It was summer of 2019 when SAI started singing to herself. She dropped a new song amidst the nationwide lockdown this year. While the track creates a dystopia esque atmosphere by sampling political speeches on COVID-19, the song also refers to the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, which marks the 10th anniversary this year, to capture her raw anxiety of living in the capital today. SAI is currently working on her first album.
