Alternative rock band, RiLF, were formed by Calu, vocalist of Matryoshka who are a representative of the Japanese electronica scene and Anoice an emotive instrumental music unit of Japan. They will release a new tune 'Soraninaru' that is also their first single as RiLF. This is a new masterpiece of UK influenced alternative rock, post-rock, and pop music reminiscent of Coldplay and The Smiths, with their own signature heart-achingly beautiful vocal melody. The impressive guitar riffs, nostalgic piano and synthesizer, speeding drums and gentle vocal will spread out like the blue clear sky. RiLF
RiLF is a Tokyo-based alternative-rock band featuring an infusion of rock and beautiful classical instruments such as piano, violin and viola. They were formed by Takahiro Kido and Yuki Murata of Anoice, and Calu who is the vocalist of Matryoshka. After releasing the debut EP 'era.ep', to coincide with their first live show in April 2010, RiLF released their debut album 'Ferris Wheel' on Ricco Label in September. To date, RiLF has participated in tours with various international artists such as Dakota Suite from UK, Haiku salut from UK, sayCet from France and Stina from Australia. RiLF released the second EP 'Three Stories for Numbers' in 2018, and currently, writing their second album.
