At the age of 14 years old, Chiho Okada belonged to the entertainment office, and she started an entertainment activity. In 2010, she debuted in a group called "Nijiiro Switch". In 2017, she started various activities including pin-up model. Currently, her working is a pachinko writer and a horse-race handicapper.
In 2022, she restarted a playing music by "Mafuyu Ni Saita Koi" (CHIHO & MISAKI) broadcast at HAKUBA47/Able HakubaGORYU.
