Biography Mother Tomomi Saxophonist & Composer Born in Miyakonojo, Miyazaki, Japan. With a worldview overflowing with originality and a musical essence that transcends the boundaries of genres, Mother Tomomi expresses her message through sound and captivates with her performances. Her first original album, Kūhaku no Kaze (meaning-Clear and Crisp Wind), was released in December 2020. She studied saxophone with Hiroe Horinouchi and Hiroki Saito, and jazz with Tetsuro Kawashima. She now teaches at Music Mother Earth (Miyakonojo Saxophone School).
