The passionate emotions of men and women in dancehall always keep aiming All Time High. They believe in their dreams, keep trying, and don't let nobody stop what they're doing. Hibikilla's hard and free rhymes are accompanied by Laya, a female R&B singer with a natural voice reminiscent of fine silk. YOUNG BEATS INSTRUMENTAL, a Sendai-based producer, was in charge of track production, and while his roots in dancehall music are at the core of his work, he has also created a stateless soundscape with a hint of MBP (Música popular brasileira) and Afrobeats. Mixing was done by Akio (SRAD) and mastering by Hiroshi Shioda (Saltfield Mastering). The cover artwork was drawn by Jamaican pixel artist Kxrly Miyagi.

Hibikilla is a Japanese reggae/dancehall recording artist from Hokkaido Japan. he released a 7inch single "Hyaku Retsu Ken" which placed #1 in reggae single chart in Japan in 2004. he consistently released 4 albums such as "No Problem", "Noko Minzoku", "LIFE" and "BE FREE" throughout 2006 to 2009. He established his own independent label I-Note Records and released 5th album "FREEDOM_BLUES", for which won the best reggae album of 'Music Magazine' in 2011. In 2020, the single "Kono Sekai" reached #1 on the iTunes Store reggae chart, Also "Wha Gwaan Midnight" reached #1 in Audius Reggae category. In 2021, He produced "This World Riddim" which reached #1 on the iTunes Store Reggae Album Chart.
