Time has passed and now all the members are over sixty...lol In the continuing restrictions due to COVID-19 pandemic since 2020, all the members devoted ourselves to recording over a full year. And now, we proudly introduce this album, which is a culmination of 30 years of TO-DO history! Enjoy our touching sound that we have put everything into. In this dispiriting era, we present this encouraging music for all generations! The sound is rock & folk containing elements of progressive rock, with a nostalgic flavor of Showa period. The title SHADOW OF THE SUN is meant to question light and shadow, front and back, and the state of the world, and TO-DO's songs also sing various ways of being centered on people. In addition, the literal translation hides the existence of Hinokage, the birthplace of DO, the town of Hinokage in Nishiusuki District, Miyazaki Prefecture.
