NoRIP-E, The Philosopher a.k.a. MNG Scott is an alternative artist and founder of Dec-Affe-Inated RECORDS based in Nagoya JP. He has been releasing his music mainly on independent venues such as SoundCloud and Bandcamp, crossing a wide range of genres centered on hip-hop and electronica. His music often expresses feelings of sadness and melancholy. In 2022, he participated in the lo-fi compilation "Escapism Mixtape Vol. 2" by Finland's OAKHI Records and released his first cassette tape. He also participated in the juke compilation "JUKE shiyouya ~ There will be OMOIDE everywhere in JUKE ~" by OMOIDE LABEL. Released the album "DT7: lost files package" in May, the single "teddy feat.
