The first solo album by composer and pianist Shusei Murai. The melody spun by Murai, who has a reputation as a melody maker, is recorded in a total of 12 songs with expressive performances by piano trio, strings, and horns. Shusei Murai

Shusei Murai Studied at Berklee College of Music after graduating from university. Started music career in Japan from 1993. Active composer of NHK program "Somewhere Street", animations, documentaries, etc. Have released 4 solo albums as a pianist. Live tours with popular artists have been very successful. The Crescent label has released four solo albums "In the air, In the water" "Home" "Step Forward" and "Impressions", as well as the "Merged Images" series, a collection of theme songs and insert songs for NHK-TV programs such as " Somewhere Street", and soundtracks.
