She has been living with music since she was a child, learning to play the organ, guitar, drums, and even composing music. On the inside, she suffered from self-denial, not liking herself, but in her 20s she began harmonizing her mind and body through yoga. Eventually, she realized the beauty of nature, the preciousness of all life. She came to love who she was. Internally she suffered from self-denial and low self esteem. However, everything changed when in her 20s she discovered the practice of yoga which helped her to harmonize both her mind and body. She realized and fully appreciated the beauty of nature and the preciousness of all life. She had finally come to love who she was. In 2015, she encountered "Tok Sen," a traditional Thai therapy that uses sound vibration to align the body, and was struck by the hidden power of sound. She became a Tok Sen therapist and has been exploring the synergistic effects of deep breathing, which is the root of life, and sound, which vibrates even the soul. She invented a therapy method of touching the body while vocalizing herself. She hopes that people who are trying too hard and stressed will discard their unnecessary thoughts, break out of their shells and move forward; fully realize their true self-worth. With this in mind, she opened her salon in Zenibako, Otaru City, and works throughout Japan.
