Early Saturday morning. The song depicts a busy businessman's daily life in his favourite café, where he is suddenly thinking about his own life. On a morning with a pleasant, cool September breeze, he thinks about the conflicts he can't swallow in his busy life, unfinished thoughts and dreams he left behind, and accepts his life with a brief moment of happiness. The song expresses the state of mind of a person trying to make an answer before heading from the present, which is "between reality (weekdays) and ideals (weekends)", to the fork in the road called the 'three-way junction' at the end of the road that stretches in front of the café, with the slow and steady progression from the A and B melodies towards the chorus. The chilly and fragile A-melody is depicted by strings, the horn section (tenor sax, alto sax and trombone) sings nimbly towards the chorus, and the chorus is as clear as a beautiful morning, with a light groove and heavy chorus work. ALBATROSS

This five-member band traces its lineage back to CITY POP, AOR, URBAN SOUL, and crosses genres without borders, weaving anthemic music of the 2023 Japanese era. Their one-of-a-kind sound intertwines the message of frontman Hiroshi Kaifu with the swell of soul and R&B-derived grooves they have cultivated as a live band, inspiring listeners to lean in and talk to each other. The band was formed in 1998 in Nagoya by high school classmates Kaifu (Vo), Ichimi (Gt), and Kobayashi (Ba). Later, Ohno (Dr.) and Shimazaki (Key) joined to form the current lineup. At that time, the band performed more than 100 live shows a year in various parts of Japan. However, in the late 2000s, Shimazaki, Ichimi, and Ohno left the group. The band changed members and resumed their activities, but went on hiatus after their last live performance in 2009. After that, they were inactive for more than 10 years. March 20, 2022. On March 20, 2022, they resumed their activities with a two-man live concert with G-FREAK FACTORY, which was held after the closing of Nagoya Apollo Base, their home ground at the time. They announced the resumption of their activities. In July of the same year, they released their first EP "ECHOED" in 12 years. In September, the band held a successful "The World Is Echoed" live concert. The year is 2023. After resuming their activities, they announced a new project, "9 Chants," in which they will release 9 newly created songs in a row over a period of 9 months. This is the second single since the revival and the first in the "9 CHANTS" series. ESCAPE" will be released on February 15.
