“Kendy Suen” released the new music Album “Mu-na-jyo”

“Kendy Suen” just dropped the new and hot Album “Mu-na-jyo”. It will contain the songs 'Prologue', 'A Time Like This', 'Faces', 'Mind's Eye', 'The Death Of The Princess', 'Hakubi' and 'Our Story' total of 7songs. Enjoy the Rock sound from the far east Asia.

Kendy Suen, a Hong Kong based singer-songwriter, previously signed with Universal Music Hong Kong, has currently set up her own label, working as an independent solo artist. Kendy has been performing in both english and cantonese and she is also trying to bring elements she was aspired by back in the UK in her most recent works. She, being, the sole project curator of this music project, has brought together many music talents friends, who have walked through the songs with her, with soul and sincerity. Her latest singles 'a time like this' 'faces' 'minds eye' and 'hakubi' have all been charted top.2 in local commercial radio music charts from 2020-2021. Kendy has been broadening her musical tastes by getting involved in the production of her music projects and expressing her mind through her recent music and her Chinese calligraphy works. Her latest EP, named, 'Mu-na-jyo', has the meaning of 'a Nobody's Prologue', in this EP, all the songs are not just Kendy's story, but everyone's story, who might be nobody. But in fact, nobody is also somebody. It signifies that 'in a time like', with all the true and fake 'faces' all around in today's generation, we should try to use our 'mind's eye' to see and live our every day, just like how 'hakubi' blossoms in the dry desert. And all these, could be everyone's story, 'our story', as a human in this era. ''

Kendy Suen

Kendy is exploring her musical journey as an independent solo artist since August 2020, upon taking a musical rest from the duo Robynn & Kendy. Kendy Suen has been performing in English, Cantonese, Mandarin & Japanese. She is also trying to bring elements she was aspired by back in the UK in her most recent works, and has been involved in various festivals and showcases. Kendy has been broadening her musical tastes by getting involved in the production of her music projects and expressing her mind through her recent music and calligraphy works. Her recent singles have all received recognitions from different music charts and Kendy is currently involved in various projects, collaborating with young musicians of the likes, and producing young artist, exchanging musical influences. She has released her first solo EP "The Prologue" in 2021 and is available in both Hong Kong and major vinyl stores in Tokyo. She has currently released her second project, "The Book of Pi".
