BOAT, a unique creative collective based in Fukuoka, has digitally released "PISAN ZAPRA," a new beat album by trackmaker JEFF THE BEATS. This new beat album, composed entirely of new songs, is based on the theme of an Asian city, and is linked to BOAT rapper GOiTO's "Times" EP. JEFF THE BEATS is a trackmaker belonging to BOAT, and has provided tracks for GOiTO and others, as well as guitar/keyboard/MPC for MADE IN HEPBURN. This is the first time in his career that he has released beats in a cohesive format.

He is also a member of the 15-piece collective BOAT, which includes Lo-Fi Beats and He has produced solo work across Chillhop and tracks for rapper GOiTO. His production environment is a Maschine Mk3 and SP404SX, and his guitar is a Fender Strat.
