Cover SHAZNA's "Melty Love" on July 7, 2023, Tanzaku CD Day. It will be released as an 8cm single CD. Why did we release it in 2023, when only a few people have the equipment to play 8cm CDs? After DODEKA-BOY was interviewed as an 8cm single collector in May 2023, the collector fever was rekindled. (He owns more than 1,500 copies.) I had been thinking for some time that I would like to release my own 8cm single someday, I found information on a social networking timeline that allowed me to make my own original 8cm CD! And, the year 2023 is the 35th anniversary of the birth of the 8cm CD, I learned that various events would be held on July 7, 2023, as Tanzaku CD Day. Unable to stand still any longer, I consulted with TRON and Sogatch, who have been helping me with music production for some time. (Around April 2023) I was thinking that I would like to include the atmosphere of those days in the release of the CD, DODEKA-BOY used to sing at karaoke in the 90's, I had a flashback of SHAZNA's "Melty Love" . I thought, "This song is the only one!" And, immediately, TRON played CoverArrange and Arrangement. Sogatch played the bass, and the work was done at a rapid pace. For the coupling, Deckachan's own song "Shoganai" was re-recorded and remixed with sweet vocals as a "Melty Melty Cheese Mix" so as not to destroy the world view of SHAZNA's "Melty Love". Of course, the karaoke version that was always included in the tanzaku CD is also included, and we would be happy if you could sing along with Melty while listening to the lyrics. The jacket was photographed and designed by Tomoya Suzuki, who usually helps us out with live photo shoots. The jacket was taken at Koenji Studio Koyama R, a place that has always been a great help to us. The music video was also shot by TRON, Sogatch, and Suzuki Tomoya in a rush to find a studio that would not destroy the world view. With the cooperation of everyone who has been so kind to me, my longtime dream came true! Thank you very much.
