An authentic Japanese rock song by the Japanese-Western string unit 3×4×S (SA-SHI-SU), featuring the shamisen and cello. This marks the unit's first full-fledged fusion of Japanese traditional and rock elements. 3×4×S

3×4×S

"3×4×S (Standing for 3 strings Shamisen, 4 strings Cello, String instruments)" can produce totally new sound by STRINGS. Shamisen, Japanese traditional instrument, is good at strumming, making strong accent. On the other side, Cello is suitable for playing "legato", stretching sound. People in Japan say Music as On-gaku, that means "Enjoying (gaku) the sounds (On)". However, Japanese people often tend to be too strict to learn/ perform Music. Shamio and Nubia, together known as 3×4×S, also experienced such an environment. And one day they came to think it's not "Playing" instruments. So first of all, they're always aiming to enjoy themselves, not to be so disciplined. For 3×4×S, Music is just a Playground. No needed to be serious, even if their instruments are traditional and formal. Two finest string players really have fun with their performance like a child. And on the way to PLAY, 3×4×S will take you to the unexplored field.
