“Hayata Akashi” released the new music Album “1984 Demos”
“Hayata Akashi” just dropped the new and hot Album “1984 Demos”. It will contain the songs 'Dirty Angels (feat. Tomezo)', 'Don't Kill Me -Sacrifice of Love- (feat. Tomezo)' and 'Kamikaze (feat. Tomezo)' total of 3songs. Enjoy the J-Pop sound from the far east Asia.
"Death Valley Flash" is a hard rock band formed by Hayata Akashi and the lone guitarist Tomezo (Shinichi Saito) in 1982 during their high school days. The single they produced independently, "Goodbye This Town," transcended time and was introduced on overseas heavy metal sites in 2015, becoming a hot topic as the "hardest single to obtain." However, Tomezo went missing and cannot be contacted to this day. So, with the help of their mutual friend Hitoshi Ishii, a guitarist from the same hometown, Death Valley Flash reunited in 2021 and re-recorded the song for the first time in 39 years. In this way, the song, which was only pressed on 100 copies, was distributed worldwide. Meanwhile, even after the band disbanded, Akashi and Tomezo visited each other's homes every chance they had and continued to co-produce songs. Among the songs with the highest quality were the three demos recorded on cassette MTR in 1984. Akashi was unable to contact Tomezo for a long time, and years passed without being able to finish these songs. Surprisingly, however, with the advances in sound technology in recent years, it has become possible to separate demo songs from old cassette tapes into vocals, drums, bass, and guitar. Tomezo's terrifying guitar playing and bassist Manabu Kikuchi's menacing fast-playing bass were retained, the old drum machine at the time was replaced with the latest sound, and Akashi sang once again. Finally, the three unreleased songs "Dirty Angels", "Don't Kill Me" and "Kamikaze", which had remained unreleased for 40 years, were awakened from their slumber and revived in the 21st century. If you would like to re-evaluate Tomezo, a guitarist with rare talent, and know of his whereabouts, please contact Hayata Akashi. Will we see the day when the two work together again?

Hayata Akashi
Debuted as a composer in 1988 with "Kyoryu Date (Date with Dinosaurs)".
