Henry D. Pool, a music producer who continues to create multifaceted electro sounds, based-Tokyo, has released his 2nd EP "DESOLATE" for the first time in about three years since his release in 2021 "Neo Nagomu Gal". Created using the UK DUBSTEP/BASS method, which he has been influenced by in recent years, this album combines his UK sound with his IDM elements, creating a sound that shakes the floor by mainly shaking the fat bass sound as the main sound, bringing a new sound to the club scene.It contains five tracks, including the first track, Intro, with its experimental and devastating sound that presents the EP's worldview. It has a sci-fi theme of "a desolate city and a giant organism towering in its center", and the tracks included can be listened to as a soundtrack to the story and the story unfolds. Henry D. Pool, also known as Shuntaro Egashira from Tokyo, emerged onto the scene in 2020 and released two singles at the time, "hada no machi (Skin City)" and "awao sayounara (Good-bye My Bubble)". His activities are not limited to his own works, but in collaboration with ryaw, a fashion brand that pursues creations that encourage deep thinking in the viewer and wearer through experimental shapes and graphics, he created the spatial music, "Terminal Care (ryaw) for ryaw's 22SS collection unmanned POP UP STORE ISO ROOM. In addition, he has provided film music for several documentary films.
