Performing under stage name of DJ Zoe, he started his own career as a professional club DJ in 1995, especially in Osaka and Kobe. He has been invited to perform in many clubs not only in Japan but also in other Asian countries recently. Since 1996, he has participated in various international DJ battles such as DMC World DJ Championships, etc. In 2007, he represented Japan at the Vestax Extravaganza World Final, where he won the second place. This is also the famous competition in which A-TRAK, running the label of Fool's Gold, won the first place.
He is recognized as the originator kicking off his own Beats and musical compositions and widely credited to Turntablists in the world.
