Hitoshi Okumura

Born in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture. Learned classical piano from a young age, and became immersed in synthesizers from junior high school. Since high school, I have been more interested in Jazz/Fusion. Currently, they are widely known as ``Japanese Chick Corea,'' and with the advice of Chick himself, they are carrying out a wide range of activities that transcend boundaries while passing on and enlightening the music. Co-stars include Shigeo Hirayama, Etsuji Ogawa, Miku Yonezawa, Yucco Miller, Koichi Osamu, Mitsuru Sudo, Eiichi Ishikawa, Kohei Nogami, and many others.
