Yoshiya Murakami

My name is Yoshiya Murakami. I was born and raised in Tokyo, but I went to an American high school in Maryland. After graduating from Mount Hebron High School I studied piano performance at James Madison University for two years. In 1998 I won the second prize in a young pianists' competition in the east coast of USA. Since 18 I have been performing piano at halls and small occasions. I started to compose when I was 20 and I have created 5 albums so far. I live in Morioka.
