I started composing "Ashiato of Dreams" with the image of a nostalgic scene from a summer day in us elementary, junior high, and high school days. In the process of creating the song, the lyrics overlapped with Japanese summers,Koshien(Baseball Tournament of high school), and other things, and unintentionally led to a poem of hope for the future. Summer cheering songs for Koshien, fireworks festivals during summer vacation, and seaside scenery at the end of summer. This inspiration gradually led to cheering songs for ancestor memorial services during Obon(To honor the spirits of ancestors), the end of the war, and peace and happiness for people all over the world. Support for all of us who live in the present, and a prayer for world peace. Above all, I wanted to enjoy the present with all my might, and I tightly wrapped up hope for a bright future.
