This song pays homage to the Beatles' classic song "Long and Winding Road," which I admired when I was young. I had always respected the band and wanted to write a song with a similar mature feel someday, but now that I'm nearing the end of my life, I can't imagine a "long and winding road," nor will I be guided by a goddess to a distant destination. I thought that a "gentle road that I'm used to walking" would be ideal for me right now, so I wrote this sentimental ballad in 2023. Taiichiro Fukuchi, born July 16, 1960, Cancer, blood type O. Formed "AIR MAIL" in 1975. In 1978, released the single record "The Mind Guerrilla" (My Selfishness/Happiness for the Children) (currently out of print). After various musical activities as a vocalist and bassist, he plans to return to his roots and distribute the original songs he has written as AIR MAIL songs.
