“Riu Domura” just dropped the new and hot song “Re:boot”. It will contain the song 'Re:boot', 'Dboy', 'Hood Island', 'Aladdin and Jasmine', 'SALA', 'Unrequited love', 'Call me', 'Trash men and stupid women (Remix)', 'Aizen (feat. Arekun)', 'Medicine (feat. Shirafu)' total of 13songs. Enjoy the J-Pop sound from the far east Asia.
Riu Domura, creator of viral hits like "Drowning Love," "Convenient Relationship," and "Where You're Not," has built a solid following primarily among teens and twentysomethings with his love songs that capture fragments of emotion and his careful articulation of the heart's fluctuations. his seventh album, 'Re:boot,' will be released on January 12, 2026-also his birthday. Revisiting his production environment and style, and confronting his background and mindset head-on, this work is, as its name suggests, a piece marking Ria Domura's "reboot."
This album was produced under a new organizational structure, themed around how to deliver the maximum potential of the current Ria Domura to listeners nationwide while maintaining his independent artist status. This meaning is embodied in the album title, 'Re:boot'.
While Domura has primarily released songs individually via streaming up to now, this work confronts the "album" format itself. The entire tracklist is fully produced by the 22-year-old prodigy trackmaker, noteReal. Within a cohesive sound, each song's distinct character stands out, and listening through the album reveals a more three-dimensional portrait of the artist Domura Ria.
While past releases focused on individual tracks (singles), this album was explicitly crafted with the premise of being experienced as a cohesive whole. It goes beyond simply replicating the style of his past hits; it's an ambitious work Where he consciously embraced untested genres and new approaches to break through his own preconceptions.
At the core of this work are songs centered around Domura Riu's strength-the emotional fluctuations surrounding love-and tracks that seem to speak for someone else's heart. Impressively, phrases that gently accompany the listener's emotions, scooping up the inarticulate folds of the heart, are etched throughout the work, truly reaching deep into the listener's chest. Equally noteworthy is how this album includes songs tackling themes deeply connected to his own personality and background.
Domura states that a core element of this work is capturing the subtle nuances of the stifling atmosphire permeating modern society and the pessimistic feelings shared by his generation, then delivering healing through words. It goes beyond mere empathy, infusing each track with the earnest wish for listeners to "live just one more day." By voicing their struggles and pain, it encourages them to take that step forward toward tomorrow. This has become an intensely real proposition-a theme-that Domura Riu, as an artist, continually confronts.
"Aizen feat. Arekun" marks the first vocal collaboration with Arekun, with whom he's long shared a friendship. Following the hit tune "SHARP SHIP feat. INMAN," this marks his third collaboration with INMAN: "Page feat. INMAN." "Medicine feat. Shirafu" is his first collaboration with Shirafu, whom he noticed on RAPSTAR and personally invited. The lineup of guest artists is truly impressive in both name and substance.
