The CD contains two tracks, "Reflections," in which Aoi looks back and walks into the dazzling light, and "Ballad," in which Aoi reaches out for hope in the darkness. The two tracks were produced with a paired concept of "light and shadow, or the opposite." In addition, Aoi Yumi has often produced songs alone up until now, but this recording was done with band set members (support members for guitar and drums), and "recording in a band format" is also a theme of this work. It is a nostalgic shoegaze number that fully emphasizes the band sound.
