“ermhoi & SPONGEBAMBAM” just dropped the new and hot Album “MADO”. The original soundtrack album MADO has been released, created for the solo exhibition "MADO" by Japanese painter Yuhi Nishioka. This collaborative project features music crafted by ermhoi and SPONGE BAM BAM, seamlessly blending art and sound. This album marks the third installment of SWEET AUDIO, SPONGE BAM BAM's custom music production service that transforms personal sounds into original compositions. For this project, we incorporated the unique sonic elements of Nishioka's creative process - the sound of her brushstrokes, the presence of her beloved cat Mittens, and the serene atmosphere of her favorite place, Koishikawa Botanical Garden. These sounds have been reimagined into a musical experience that complements the theme of her exhibition. ermhoi, a Japan-based singer and producer, is known for her distinct vocal style and innovative approach to music production. She has also collaborated with a wide range of artists across different genres, bringing her rich sonic textures and ethereal soundscapes to various projects. Her ability to weave organic sounds with electronic elements makes her a perfect fit for this project, crafting a soundtrack that resonates deeply with the atmosphere of Nishioka's art. Comprising nine tracks, MADO is designed to immerse listeners in the world of Nishioka's art while standing as an independent musical work. Through the "window of sound," we invite you to experience her artistic universe in a new way.
