Toshiki Hayashi (a.k.a. Percee) was born in Sagamihara, Japan.
Not only a renowned DJ and beatmaker, Percee is a member of the legendary Japanese rap group "HOOLIGANZ" and mega popular female rap duo "CHELMICO".

Since the release of his first solo album in 2013, Percee has gained fans and followers worldwide with every project and in November 2016 joined the music label "OMAKE CLUB".

Percee's 2019 surprise release "Time Is Over" was put out by famous Japanese hiphop label "Manhattan Records" and ranked #1 on the iTunes hiphop chart without major advertising or promotion.

From underground beginnings to his mainstream success, Percee's name and work are recognized as a modern staple as he continues to put his stamp on the international music scene.
