hyou is a singer-songwriter based in Tokyo. Characterized by a transparent yet dry vocal style, their music blends elements of alternative and bedroom pop. hyou is also involved in self-producing their work, including jacket designs and music videos. In 2022, Hyou released their debut EP, "you don't take me anywhere," under the label friendship.
