PERO PERO CANDY

A sibling pop rap unit from Osaka, consisting of older brother SUNNY-PLAY and younger sister Janet Mayuka. They have been selected by Rolling Stone magazine as one of the "Future 25," representing Japan as artists leading the way in the "future of music." They were also chosen by Shibuya Trend Research as the "Next Trend" by high school students, highlighting them as noteworthy next-generation artists. The younger sister's singing and rapping, known as the "Bass Voice Girl," and the "Genius Older Brother's" track-making videos have gained popularity mainly on TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Their viral hit "The Trending GAL" has garnered over 380 million views on TikTok and has been in Spotify's "Viral Top 50" and the "Billboard TikTok Weekly Top 20" charts for seven consecutive weeks. They will release their 1st EP "CANDY POWER" on Wednesday, July 10. They have also announced solo live performances: "PERO PERO CANDY presents CANDY SHOWER" on November 4 at Shinsaibashi ANIMA in Osaka and on November 16 at Daikanyama SPACE ODD in Tokyo.
