Born and raised in Nishinomiya, Hyogo, RIZAPEX began making music at 19 and built his career in the underground scene. Through his journey with his creative team NFP his local crew, and his hometown Nishinomiya, he captures the raw emotions and vivid scenes only he has witnessed.
