The 6th single from ArTwins. The A-side of this single, "KING OF SOUL," is a funky dance music that symbolizes ArTwins as a live band. It features energetic shouts, body-shaking beats, and embodies the king of soul. Here it is! The B-side, "kawaii two" (Cute Couple), is a pop music piece that narrates the human relationships of a couple set to a lively rhythm. It tells a bittersweet story of a duo you might have seen in the city, capturing their cute and sweet moments. The jacket for this release was created by ArTwins' exclusive illustrator, Emma. It features a pop and classic design with a trump card motif, blending the atmospheres of both A-side and B-side tracks. To commemorate the release of this single, the first self-hosted live event, "We are Twins Single Release Party," will take place on February 9, 2024 (Friday) in Shimokitazawa, Tokyo.

Our world moves at high speed. Value is measured in "likes", and we are pushed around by efficiency and algorithms. In a time where our time is stolen and money has become a god, we charge forward with music as our weapon - driven by nothing but our own reckless will. We are a four-piece alternative rock / electro-pop band formed in 2023. Our music reflects the emptiness of the social media age, the absurdity of capitalism, and the unease of digital life - all expressed through cynical lyrics and impulsive beats. Distorted guitars, mechanical synths, and high-energy rhythms are at the core of our sound. Blending R&B with new wave, we have crafted a style that draws from influences like RC Succession, The Smiths, and Talking Heads, but with a modern twist that is all our own. In 2024, we pulled off two self-produced live shows that got people talking, thanks to our chaotic and overwhelming performances. So far, we have released twelve singles -all fully self-produced, from the recordings to the music videos. In April 2025, we are dropping a long-awaited new music video. And this November, we are releasing a new single and MV that mark an even sharper evolution of our sound. We cut through the grey mornings of the city with noise and beats. This is who we are.
