Mizuho Osawa

Born in Kobe City,Japan in 1956 (Showa 31). Graduated from Osaka College of Music. Composer and pianist. Major Works Composed music for over 50 TV commercials, numerous TV programs, and environmental music for museums and expos. Served for approximately 30 years as the composer for the competitive music of the Japan Synchronized Swimming (now Artistic Swimming) national team. Contributed to medal wins and top finishes at World Championships and Olympic Games, including the 1994 World Aquatics Championships, 1996 Atlanta, 2000 Sydney, 2000 World Aquatics Championships, 2004 Athens, 2016 Rio, and 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Passed away in 2022 (Reiwa 4).
