Taishi HARADA

Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts, Department of Music, and completed the Master's program at the University of Tokyo. He has been a concert master of the Sapporo Symphony Orchestra and Tokyo Chamber Orchestra. He studied composition under Toru Tamura. While serving as a player for the "Airefu String Quartet" for 10 years from 1994, he continued to announce his own compositions. He presented the violin concerto "Naha Sankei" at the Jinju Municipal Symphony Orchestra regular concert in Korea, each of which performed as a soloist. In 2004 he worked with Nohgaku on music for the creative Noh "Yamagasa". He has been a regular conductor of the RKB Female Chorus for 6 years since 1999, and has been active as a conductor of amateur orchestras such as the Sasebo Civic Orchestra and Ube Civic Orchestra. Since 2017, he has been interacting with the Vancouver Intercultural Orchestra and has been active as a violinist, conductor and composer in Fukuoka and Vancouver. He pursues art and entertainment from the classical music side.
