In Hawaiian, Leo means voice and la means sun. Her name means "singing voice of the sun". She named herself with the hope that "always gentle, sometimes strong, like the shining sun, I want to make the hearts of those who listen to me sunny, and I want to be the sun in your heart." She made her major debut in 2016 with the single "Rainbow". Immediately after that, she made a surprise appearance in the Fuji TV Monday 9pm drama "Love Song", and her popularity skyrocketed. "Let it Fly", released in the same year, was used in a certain large TV commercial and captured the hearts of teenage girls. In 2023, she will take on a new challenge: appearing in stage plays and dramas. In October of the same year, she also appeared in the fourth episode of the Fuji TV Friday 9pm drama "My Lawyer is a Handful". From 2024, she will be the main MC of the information/variety program "Wakatto Land" that has been running on TV Kumamoto for 38 years. She is currently releasing camping videos on YouTube titled "LaLa Camp." A singer-songwriter who is celebrating her 9th anniversary since her debut this year.
