Singer-songwriter Laus, who gained instant popularity among young people with Senchime, has released his first EP, "L'ANIMA". The word "anima" in the title of this work, "L'ANIMA", means "the feminine side that resides in a man's subconscious", and each song on the album speaks for the "weakness", "effeminacy", "desire", and "ideals" that men cannot express in love.

Laus

Born in Hachioji, Tokyo. While attending Vocal Academy Of Tokyo as a student, he became interested in HIPHOP due to the influence of his local friends and started rapping. After working as a member of the HIPHOP crew "Full House" (mainly performing at clubs), in 2023 he began his solo career as "Laus", incorporating the "singing" he had learned since his school days into a catchy and pop genre in order to deliver music to a wider audience. With simple melodies and phrases, his songs are often used as choreography videos on SNS (mainly TikTok), and his song "Centimeter feat.ZELE/K.E.I", released in September 2024, ranked 49th in the iTunes Store R&B/Soul Top Songs. As a musician, he is also surprisingly a video director and designer, and the message of the song is contained in the visual expression beyond music, and everything up to the release of the song is full of Laus-like qualities.
