In uncertain times, there are moments when you find yourself longing for a place to rest your heart. Nao-Rew's second EP, Sakutei (meaning "garden-making"), is a work that portrays such a place of emotional refuge through sound. Like a quietly standing garden, it offers a calm musical space. All five carefully crafted tracks gently accompany the listener, guiding them toward moments of peace amid the chaos of everyday life. Compared to her previous release, this EP shows a stronger influence of city pop. Refined nostalgia, Nao-Rew's uniquely lyrical melodies, and delicate, layered arrangements come together in beautiful harmony. Each track, like a single flower quietly blooming by your side, gently stays close to your everyday life-adding a touch of color to it.
