This is the English version of "I Just Want to Be There." When translating Japanese lyrics into English, there are not enough lyrics for the melody, so I added new English lyrics to complete the song. As a composer, I adjusted the voice synthesis software so that the song would be sung in English while maintaining a Japanese vocal expression. Just because it's English, I didn't completely imitate the way Americans sing, but sprinkled Japanese singing styles throughout. I didn't focus only on native English singing ability, but adjusted the singing style to express the original spirit of the song. I created it with the awareness that it is J-POP that maintains Japanese sensibilities, even though it is in English. It is J-POP after all.
