After 18 months, HIROYA UEYAMA returns with a powerful new digital release. Inspired by the Russian folk classic "Ochi Chornye (Dark Eyes)", the track is reimagined with a bold rock arrangement by guitarist Sukemasa Hosoya, and features original lyrics written by HIROYA UEYAMA himself - a heartfelt message for world peace. Mixing and mastering were handled in Los Angeles by Nicolas Essig, known for his work with The Rolling Stones, Daft Punk, and many others. With soaring guitar lines and the passionate vocals of HIROYA UEYAMA, this release breathes new life into "Dark Eyes", transforming a timeless folk song into a powerful modern anthem.
