“KOHKI KAWAHARA” just dropped the new and hot song “Mistral”. It will contain the song 'Mistral' . Enjoy the J-Pop sound from the far east Asia.

A song themed around Kohki Kawahara's love for light-roasted coffee. It is included as the coupling track on his 4th single CD "Aoi Lion." The title "Mistral" refers to the wind that blows through southern France, symbolizing the many breezes of life...different experiences shaped by age and circumstance. Through the motif of coffee, the song depicts two people deepening their bond as they share these moments together. The animated music video was created under Kohki's art alias, mitsutaka.

KOHKI KAWAHARA

Singer-songwriter from Wakayama, known as Kohki. With an acoustic guitar at the core, his sound blends J-POP and R&B, carefully capturing gentle feelings of love and weaving them into songs to share. In 2023, he was selected as one of the national Top 4 in ARTISTS LEAGUE for his unique expression that fuses music and art. He also won second place in the "Masaharu Fukuyama Singing Championship!", gaining high recognition for his vocal ability. His notable works include Aimo Kawarazu, the theme song for a TikTok short drama; Aiaigasa, depicting the life story of his grandparents; and Mistral, a song about the tenderness of everyday life. In addition, Aoi Lion was chosen as the theme song for the BS TV drama Hikari. His latest release Mistral also features a self-produced animated music video that has been drawing attention. As an art creator under the name "mitsutaka," he designs his own CD jackets, music videos, merchandise, and murals, delivering color and inspiration to daily life through both music and art.
